4 Novemver 1881 A previous crime is reported in the Lichfield Mercury Friday 4 November 1881 p.8 col.1: JUVENILE THIEVES. - Harry Beale (13), of Bratt Street, was charged with stealing 1s. from the house of John Jesson, Moor Street, on the 24th. Prisoner was sent to gaol for one month.
